If your Web site includes a form by which readers can register themselves, this procedure may not be necessary.

• Email

  Enter the email address for the reader.

• Username

  Enter the name (no spaces) that will be used to identify the user.

• First name

  Enter the reader's first name.

• Last name

  Enter the reader's last name.

• Address

  Enter the address.

• Postal Code

  Enter the zip/postal code.

• City

  Enter the city.

• State / Province

  Enter the state/province.

• Country

  Enter the country.

When you are done, select Save or Check-in (according to your selected lock mode) to save your reader ID.
