• Publication name

  Choose an option to indicate the parent for your issue.

• Name

  Enter the name of the issue you are creating.

• Issue number

  Enter the number of the issue you are creating.

• Description

  Enter a description of the issue.

When you are done, select Save or Check-in (according to your selected lock mode) to save your changes.
